Introducing Paesana Reserve—a new collection of rich, creamy pasta sauces made with premium ingredients and inspired by fine dining. Each sauce begins with imported Italian tomatoes, real heavy cream, and extra virgin olive oil, all crafted at our New York facility.  The Truffle variety is made with white truffle infused extra virgin olive oil; Cognac is finished with Cognac brandy and shallots; and Champagne is simmered with Champagne, butter, roasted garlic, and white truffle infused extra virgin olive oil.
