Truffle Handkerchief Pasta

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 fresh lasagna sheets, each about 5 x 5-inches
- 2 cups Paesana Reserve Creamy Truffle Pasta Sauce
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Shaved Parmesan cheese
- Ground Black pepper
- Basil sprigs for garnish

Cut pasta sheets into 2 ½-x 2/1/2-inch pieces.

In medium skillet over medium heat, heat Paesana Reserve Creamy Truffle Pasta Sauce to simmering.

Add butter; stir until just melted.

Meanwhile, heat medium pot of salted water to boiling. When water boils, add pasta squares. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until pasta is just tender. With tongs, remove to bowl.

Carefully add pasta squares to Paesana Reserve Truffle Pasta Sauce in skillet to coat with sauce.

Arrange pasta on plates. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and with black pepper. Garnish with basil sprigs. Serve immediately.
