Paesana Veal (or Chicken) Marsala

Ingredients:
- 1 Jar Paesana Marsala Cooking Sauce
- 4 veal (or chicken) cutlets, pounded thin
- 2 large eggs, whisked
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Parsley, to serve
Directions

Dredge veal or chicken cutlets in flour.

Dip floured cutlets in egg wash

Sauté cutlets in oiled pan until cooked through.

Drain juices from pan.

Pour entire jar of Paesana Marsala Gourmet Cooking Sauce into pan and simmer (2-3 minutes).

Optional: Serve with chopped parsley over cooked pasta, mashed potatoes, polenta or rice.
