Ingredients:

  • 1 Jar Paesana Piccata Gourmet Cooking Sauce
  • 4 salmon filets (or thin chicken/veal cutlets)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Paesana Capers, to serve
  • Lemon, sliced and sautéed (optional)
  • Parsley (optional)

Dredge salmon (chicken or veal) in flour.

Dip floured veal in egg wash

Cook salmon in oiled pan over medium heat until cooked through (4-5 minutes per side).

Drain juices from pan.
