INGREDIENTS:
- 1, 8oz brie cheese round
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 6 oz mixed mushrooms, sliced
- Β½ teaspoon dried thyme
- Β½ cup Paesana Marsala Sauce

Preheat oven to 350ΛF.

Slice the top off the brie round.

Place in a small baking dish and bake for 10 minutes, or until it begins to soften.

Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.

Add the mushrooms and thyme, cooking for 7 to 8 minutes, or until the mushrooms begin to release liquid and become golden.

Pour Β½ cup of Paesana Marsala Gourmet Cooking Sauce into the skillet, and let cook for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and spoon the mushroom marsala mixture overtop the brie cheese.
