When your pantry is stocked with a few reliable Italian staples, dinner doesn’t take much planning. A jar of sauce, a pasta, a few extras like olives or cheese—and you’re set.
These five meals come together in about 20 minutes using Paesana favorites.

1. Marinara Pasta with Kalamata Olives
Uses: Paesana Marinara Sauce + Paesana Kalamata Olives
Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta
- 1 jar Paesana Marinara Sauce
- 1/3 cup Paesana Pitted Kalamata Olives, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: parmesan, basil, red pepper flakes
Why it works:
Kalamata olives bring a bold, briny flavor that holds up well against rich tomato sauce.
How to make it:
Cook pasta. Warm marinara with olives and olive oil. Toss and finish with cheese or herbs.
2. Vodka Sauce Chicken Skillet
Uses: Paesana Organic Vodka Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, sliced
- 1 jar Paesana Organic Vodka Sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: garlic, parsley
How to make it:
Sear chicken in olive oil until golden*. Add vodka sauce and simmer 10–12 minutes until cooked through. Serve over pasta, rice, or bread.
*Always cook chicken to an internal temperature of 165˚F (74˚C) - measured by a thermometer.

3. Antipasto Pantry Salad
Uses: Paesana Castelvetrano and Kalamata Olives
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/3 cup Paesana Pitted Castelvetrano
- 1/3 cup Paesana Pitted Kalamata Olives
- 1/3 cup roasted peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup mozzarella or provolone
- 2 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp vinegar
How to make it:
Toss everything together and dress lightly. Add salami or chicken if you want more protein.
4. White Pizza with Artichokes & Cheese
Uses: Paesana White Cooking Sauce + Paesana Artichokes
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-baked flatbread or naan
- 1/3 cup Paesana White Cooking Sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 1/2 cup Paesana Marinated Artichokes
- Optional: Paesana Pitted Kalamata or Castelvetrano Olives, spinach, olive oil
How to make it:
Spread sauce, add toppings, bake at 425°F for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted.

5. Classic Chicken Piccata (Also great with veal or salmon)
Uses: Paesana Piccata Cooking Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken cutlets
- 1 jar Paesana Piccata Sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Optional: parsley, lemon slices
How to make it:
Sear chicken until golden*, pour in piccata sauce, simmer 8–10 minutes. Serve with pasta, rice, or potatoes.
